Ghent Senior Satellite

Caiti Maxwell won bronze! She won all of her poule fights, giving her a bye into the L32. Caiti then won against Maele Fidry, Ezechielle Martinez Almansa and GBR teammate Kate Daykin. In the semi-finals, Caiti was defeated by Louise Klein of France. Melissa Jane dropped one fight in the poules, which gave her a bye through the first round of DEs. After beating teammate Amy Westwell, Melissa lost to Maria Wickiewicz of Poland in the L16. Sophia Potter went 4V2D in the poules, so Sophia also had a bye into the L32. She then won against Justine Saussine before being defeated by Louise Klein of France.

Junior Epee BRC A

Kseniya Kustan won gold! After only dropping one fight in the poules, she had a bye through the first round, and won Maisie Everett, Erika Hodkinson, Megan Upton, Reya Farlam to reach the final. In the final she faced Daria Yousofian-Kerian where she won, 15-11. Emma Mitzova also only dropped one poule fight and faced Grace O'Neill in the L32 and then Kira Grahamslaw. She was then defeated Amelie Russell in the L8. Juliet Lumineau went 3V2D in the poules which also gave her a bye. She won against Leena Zikara in the L32 but lost against Rey Farlam in the L16. 

Casey Jones won all of his poule fights, which sent him straight into the L32. He beat Oliver Barlow before being defeated by Oliver Walmsley in the L16.

LPJS Finals

Epee:

Cyrus Lee won gold in the U14s!  He went 4V2D in the second round of poules and found himself in the final, where Cyrus won 6-4.

Xanthe Trim won silver in the U14s! She went 2V0D in the second round of poules. Xanthe then lost 12-9 to Eleanor Scott. 

Alfredo Luis-Gomes won gold in the U10s! After going 3V3D in his poule and getting through to the final. Alfredo won with a final score of 10-6. Yifan Zhu won bronze! He went 4V2D in the poules and won his first DE fight, 10-1. Yifan then lost in the semi-final with a score of 10-9. 

Kaeto Ngoka won silver in the U10s! After a poule result of 5V2D, she had to go up against teammate, Salma, in the semi-finals, where she won 10-6.  Kaeto then lost Yuk Kwan Anna Lam in the final. Salma Wagdi won bronze! She went 4V3D in the poules.  After winning the first match 10-9, she then lost to teammate Kaeto. 

Miles Law won bronze in the U12s! After two rounds of poules, he went into his semi-final DE fight, but he was defeated, 7-6. 


Foil:

Yousif Wagdi won gold in the U10s! Yousif went 7V1D in the poule round. He defeated Li and Robinson, then met teammate Edmund Dawson in the final. The final score of this match was 6-5. Edmund Dawson won silver! Edmund also went 7V1D in the poule round. He won DEs against Vohra and Pensa to reach the finals, where he lost to his teammate Yousif. 

Felix Berndorfer won gold in the U14! Felix was ranked third going into the DEs after going 5V2D in the poules. He won his matches against Malasenkovs, Lernau-Callan, and the finals against Juras to win gold. 

Tudor Prutica took Bronze in the U17. Tudor went 3V2D in the poule and had a bye to the semis, where he lost to Lee. 

Sabre:

Charlotte Geater won Bronze in the U10s! Charlotte went 3V3D in her poules. After having to face teammate Emilie Chen in the L8, Charlotte had to face first seed, Sofia Casey, in the semi-finals and lost, 10-6. 

Matthew Yeremeyev won Gold in the U12s! He went 7V1D in the poule round and won his first two DE fights. He meet fellow teammate, Arthur Chen in the final, and Matthew won with the score of 10-4.Arthur Chen won silver! Arthur had a first DE match against Slowiakoeski where he won, 10-8. After his semi-final match against William Thomas, he faced teammate Matthew in the final. 

Bijan Muganwa won Bronze in the U14s! Bijan went 1V1D so he had to fence in the semi-finals. He lost this fight, 12-7, so claimed the bronze medal.
