Strength & Conditioning

Salle Paul’s Strength and Conditioning (S&C) sessions are at 6.30PM on Thursday evenings with Paul Sanchez Lethem a personal trainer and fitness instructor with a degree in sports science, to develop flexibility and fitness in exercises that are specially developed for fencing.  The Wednesday evening adult group session, starting at 7.00PM includes a great fitness warm-up. All members welcome to join in.

Salle Paul uses the British Fencing fitness requirements for Cadets (U17) and Juniors (U20) to prepare S&C programmes to development fitness and stamina and to avoid sporting injuries.
