Strength & Conditioning

Salle Paul’s Strength and Conditioning (S&C) sessions are at 6.30PM on Thursday evenings with Head Coach, Maciej, to develop flexibility and fitness in exercises that are specially developed for fencing.  The Wednesday evening adult group session, starting at 7.00PM includes a great fitness warm-up with our plyometrics expert, Justyna. All members welcome to join in.

Salle Paul uses the British Fencing fitness requirements for Cadets (U17) and Juniors (U20) to prepare S&C programmes to development fitness and stamina and to avoid sporting injuries.
