Medal tally from LPJS International

Posted on August 14, 2017

Great results from our young Salle Paul fencers at the LPJS International held at our home venue over the weekend of 5th/6th August 2017.

Competing in their first ever events were young Yusuf Hussein, who was 12th in the U9 Boys, and his sister Sumayyah Hussein, who was 6th in the U11 Girls. Congratulations to both of them – they passed their British Fencing Grade 1 Achievement Awards in June this year after starting to fence only 8 months ago. Well done to Alex Culkin for a great GOLD in the tough U13 Boys, and to Eliana Gilbert-Heitler who won her 3rd Silver this year in U9!
